SUMMER STRONG YOUTH

The Summer Strong Youth Program provides a safe and supportive introduction to strength training for youth ages 12–14.

Led by certified trainers, participants will learn proper technique, build confidence in the weight room, and develop a strong foundation in strength and conditioning. This program focuses on age-appropriate training, injury prevention, and overall fitness, helping youth foster healthy habits that last beyond the summer.

Important Details:

  • June 10 – July 29
  • Wednesday’s 9 AM to 10 AM
  • Members Only: $65
  • Register by June 8th
