Strive Wellness Center: 13 years and older. Our spacious Strive Wellness Center features 15 stations of Strive adjustable weight resistance equipment (including the 8 station- 17 minute Express Line for those members in a rush); 2 upright bikes; 2 recumbent bikes; 10 variable speed/incline treadmills; 5 ellipticals; 5 ascent trainers; 3 stair climbers; 1 Stair Master; 1 rowing ergometer; plus five HD flat screen TVs (bring your own FM headphone radios to tune in sound); and stretching area.

All Strive machines are designed to take you to total muscle fatigue in three quick sets. Each set targets a group of muscle fibers which provides you with greater and quicker gains in strength and endurance. Wellness Center is open during facility hours.

Racquetball/Walleyball court is free to members. Court may be reserved for up to two hours per day. If the court is not reserved, walk-ins are welcome to play. Equipment is available at Member Services and free of charge. Eye protection is required for youth members and strongly recommended for adults. Court is equipped for walleyball play. Reserve the court at Member Services.
RACQUETBALL INSTRUCTION
Private and small group instruction is available to players of all ability levels. Contact James to schedule a lesson.

Wellness Center Orientation: 13 years and older.  All members are encouraged to schedule a Wellness Center orientation.  The orientation is a personal consultation with a trained Wellness staff member. They will provide expert guidance of use of equipment, proper seating and technique, health screening (blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat percentage, weight and flexibility) and more. The FREE orientation, for members only, is approximately 2 hours (2 1/2 hours for 2 members).  Schedule your appointment at Member Services. (Health assessment form required prior to orientation).

Fitness Analysis: 13 years and older.  An overall fitness test is performed: body fat percentage, blood pressure, resting heart rate, flexibility and weight. Personal recommendations are made to help you meet your fitness goals. Schedule your appointment at Member Services.

Personal Training: 13 years and older.      A Personal trainer will work one-on-one with you to discuss your fitness goals, customize your workouts, and motivate you to attain success. Certified personal trainers are available on a scheduled basis. Contact Member Services for more information.
